Morning Ritual™, our South Indian filter coffee range.
In a lot of South Indian homes the morning does not begin with coffee so much as with the sound of it: the lid of the filter, the small pause while the decoction finds its way down, the long pour between tumbler and dabara that everybody learns by watching somebody else.
None of that survives being made convenient. Instant powder gets close to the taste and misses the thing entirely. What makes it worth doing is that it takes twenty minutes and asks you to stand there.
South Sip exists so that ritual is available here without compromise. Two blends, both ground for the vessel they are meant for. Nothing else, because nothing else is needed.

Filter coffee lives or dies on grind size. We set ours for the two chamber filter and will not compromise it to suit another method.

We sell the pure blend and the eighty to twenty blend side by side, at the same standard. Neither is the lesser one.
