Who we are

Filter coffee is a method before it is a flavour. A two chamber vessel, a slow decoction, and a long pour between tumbler and dabara.

We grind for that vessel and nothing else.

Six stages, and about twenty minutes

It cannot be hurried

The method

Water sits on the grounds and finds its own way through, which takes as long as it takes. What you get is a decoction: concentrated, dark, made to be cut with hot milk.

Twenty minutes, and it asks you to stand there.

Wholesale

For cafes

Filter coffee needs a grind set for the vessel, not for espresso or for paper. That is what we supply.

Both blends, ground to order, in retail bags or in bulk. No minimum to start a conversation.

Morning Ritual™

Two blends, both ground for the filter.
