Without chicory the decoction is lighter in body and slower to drip, and every fault in the roast has nowhere to hide. This is the blend for people who already know what they want their morning to taste like.

Ground for the two-chamber filter and nothing else. Too coarse and the water runs straight through; too fine and it will not run at all. This grind is set for the vessel.
